本規約はDFSレッスン（以降当レッスン）を受講するにあたり、レッスン生及びその保護者（以降利用者）との間の基本的な利用条件を記したものです。入会前に必ずお読みになります様お願い致します。

１、DFSレッスンの目的
当レッスンはスケートボードを通じて楽しさ及び技術、マナー、人とのつながり、危険回避能力の向上を目的としています。
２、入会資格
以下全ての条件を満たす方が入会頂けます。
・当規約に同意頂ける方
・性別問わず満５歳以上の方
・未成年者は保護者の許可を得た方
・医師等により運動を禁止されていない方
・申し込み内容に虚偽のない方
３、入会手続き
必要事項を記入し、こちらの規約承認後、メールにて確認が取れた時点で完了となります。
４、料金及び支払いについて
・料金単発、月極（月４回）、個人レッスン、クラスレッスン
それぞれで料金がかわります。料金は別ページをご覧ください。
また、お支払いは単発の場合はその都度、月極の場合は月始めのレッスン時に現金にてお支払い下さい。なお、月単位は月頭１日〜月末となります。
・単発個人レッスン
１回毎のお支払いになります。当日キャンセルはキャンセル料（１００%）が掛かります。
・単発クラスレッスン
１回毎のお支払いになります。キャンセル料は掛かりませんが、２回以上連続でキャンセルの場合は次回以降お断りする場合があります。
・月極個人／クラスレッスン
月の最初のレッスン時に現金にてお支払い下さい。個人は前日２４時まで、クラスは当日までのお休み連絡で振替が出来ます。
５、レッスン通常休みによる振替
病欠や所用によりその時間のレッスンを正規手続きにて休んだ場合、下記条件により振替が出来ます。
・月極レッスン共通
同月内での振替回数の制限はなし。月をまたいでの振替の繰り越しは、残り回数に関係なく１回のみとなります。大会等当レッスン都合によるお休みの場合、その日のレッスンは全て振替可能となります。
※急な雨等でスタートより２０分以内は振替、２０分以上経過していた場合は１回分消化となります。
※５週目の曜日は基本的にお休みですが、同曜日に当レッスン都合の休みがある場合は通常レッスンとなります。
・月極個人レッスン
前日２４時までにシステムにて変更及び連絡を頂けた場合のみ振替可能。他のレッスンが無い時間帯への振替となります。
※当日連絡のお休みは１回分消化扱いとなります。
・月極クラスレッスン
システム上は当日朝８時までに変更可能。それ以降は直接ご連絡下さい。当日キャンセルでもレッスン消化はありません。振替は他の日時の同クラスおよびひとつ下のクラスで振替可能です。
６、レッスン時間及び遅刻・早退
レッスンは一コマ５０分、遅刻・早退があった場合も時間通りの終了となります。
７、休会及び退会について
・休会
休会は月単位とし、その希望月の前月末までにお申し出下さい。月途中途中での休退会の場合は料金の返金はございません。
１か月以上お休みが続きそうな場合は必ず休会のご連絡をしてください。連絡のない場合は通常料金をお支払い頂きます。
また、３ヶ月以上休会かつ連絡がない場合は一度退会扱いとさせて頂きます。レッスン再開時は直接LINEもしくはメールにてご連絡下さい。
・退会
退会希望時は退会希望月中にお申し出下さい。レッスンが全て終了後に登録情報を全て削除致します。レッスン振替が残っている場合は退会希望月の翌月までは振替可能ですが、それ以降は残数に関わらずキャンセルされますのでご了承下さい。
レッスン終了前に登録者側で登録情報を削除された場合、全てのデータが削除されます。残っているレッスン回数は全て削除され、その分は全てキャンセルされますのでご注意下さい。
８、レッスン中の怪我・トラブルについて
・怪我
応急処置や救急への連絡などの対応はさせて頂きますが、スケートボードの性質上、怪我は基本的に全て自己責任とさせて頂いております。歴の浅いクラスの方はヘルメット着用が必須となります。
レッスン中の怪我によるお休み分に関しては月に関係なく全て振替させて頂きます。

These Terms and Conditions outline the basic conditions of use between students and their guardians (hereinafter referred to as “users”) when taking DFS lessons (hereinafter referred to as “the lessons”). Please be sure to read them before enrolling.
- Purpose of DFS Lessons
The purpose of the lessons is to improve enjoyment, skills, manners, social connections, and risk avoidance abilities through skateboarding.
- Eligibility for Enrollment
Those who meet all of the following conditions may enroll:
- Those who agree to these Terms and Conditions
- Those who are 5 years of age or older, regardless of gender
- Minors must have parental permission
- Those who are not prohibited from exercising by a doctor or other medical professional
- Those who have provided truthful information in their application
- Enrollment Procedure
Enrollment is complete once you have filled in the required information, approved these Terms and Conditions, and received confirmation via email.
- Fees and Payment
- Fees vary depending on the type of lesson: single lesson, monthly (4 lessons per month), private lesson, and group lesson.
Please see the separate page for pricing.
Furthermore, for single lessons, payment is due each time; for monthly lessons, payment is due in cash at the first lesson of the month. A monthly period runs from the 1st to the last day of the month.
- Single Private Lessons
Payment is due per lesson. A cancellation fee (100%) applies for same-day cancellations.
- Single Class Lessons
Payment is due per class. There is no cancellation fee, however, if you cancel two or more consecutive classes, we may refuse future lessons.
- Monthly Private/Class Lessons
Payment is due in cash at the first lesson of the month. For private lessons, cancellations can be made up until 24:00 the day before; for class lessons, cancellations can be made up until the day of the lesson.
- Make-up Lessons Due to Regular Absences
If you miss a lesson due to illness or other reasons through the regular procedure, you can make up the lesson under the following conditions.
- Common to Monthly Lessons
There is no limit to the number of make-up lessons within the same month. Make-up lessons carried over to the next month are limited to one, regardless of the remaining number of lessons. If a lesson is cancelled due to a competition or other reasons related to this lesson, all lessons for that day can be rescheduled.
*If the lesson is cancelled within 20 minutes of the start time due to sudden rain, etc., it can be rescheduled. If more than 20 minutes have passed, it will be counted as one lesson.
*The 5th week of the month is generally a day off, but if there is a cancellation due to this lesson’s circumstances on that day, it will be a regular lesson.
*Monthly Private Lessons
Rescheduling is only possible if you change or contact us through the system by 24:00 the day before. Rescheduling will be to a time slot when there are no other lessons.
*Cancellations notified on the day of the lesson will be counted as one lesson used.
*Monthly Class Lessons
Changes can be made through the system until 8:00 AM on the day of the lesson. After that, please contact us directly. There is no lesson count for same-day cancellations. Rescheduling is possible to the same class or one class below on a different date and time.
- Lesson Time and Lateness/Early Departure
Each lesson is 50 minutes long. Even if there is lateness or early departure, the lesson will end on time.
- Suspension and Withdrawal
- Suspension
Suspension is on a monthly basis. Please notify us by the end of the month preceding the desired suspension month. No refunds will be given for suspensions or withdrawals made partway through the month.
If you anticipate needing to suspend your lessons for more than one month, please be sure to contact us. Failure to do so will result in the regular fee being charged.
Furthermore, if you suspend your lessons for three months or more without contacting us, your membership will be considered withdrawn. Please contact us directly via LINE or email when you wish to resume lessons.
- Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw, please notify us during the month in which you wish to withdraw. All registration information will be deleted after all lessons have been completed. If you have remaining lesson transfers, you can use them until the month following your desired withdrawal month. After that, all transfers will be cancelled regardless of the remaining number of lessons.
If you delete your registration information before the end of your lessons, all data will be deleted. All remaining lesson sessions will be deleted and cancelled. Please be aware of this.
- Injuries and Problems During Lessons
- Injuries
While we will provide first aid and contact emergency services, due to the nature of skateboarding, injuries are generally the responsibility of the individual. Helmet use is mandatory for beginners.
All missed lessons due to injuries during lessons will be rescheduled, regardless of the month.
